The Edelbrock Vortec EnduraShine Finish Performer Intake Manifold is designed for square bore flange (non-EGR) and also designed to replace the OEM unit. The EnduraShine finish is a super durable three step coating process that provides a bright polished aluminum looking show quality shine that will not oxidize or fade. This dual-plane Performer Vortec intake manifold is based on Edelbrock's very popular Performer Series. They are intended for later cast iron Vortec heads or Edelbrock's E-Tec aluminum heads. It is used for street rods or industrial applications. It accepts both square-bore and spread-bore carburetors and produces power from idle to 5,500 RPM. It has provisions for external water bypass and may be used on either Vortec blocks and earlier blocks but has no provision for exhaust-heated chokes. It accepts late model waterneck, alternator, HEI and air conditioning. see details
